criminal charges filed,dismissed

how do i sue ex employer who filed criminal chgs. want to retrieve bond money plus damages. chg. was thft by conversion (big truck).it never went to court. i have paperwork filed by the co. invesigatorat the time of the incident, which exonorated me of any charges. and can i sue the county where this all happened? i was wrongfully arrested by them even thuogh the investigator had filed a report declaring me to be innocent of anything at all?

Your question 'how do I sue" is simply answered by getting a lawyer to review your case to see if you have a claim and, if so, whether it is practical to pursue. That determination cannot be made from your post.

Whether you have a case depends on what ultimately happened to the chrges. That "it never went to court" does not explain the utltimate dispostion of the charges. You should have the situation reviewed by an attorney to see if you have a claim.
