Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I have had a customer come in with his vehicle a year ago. He asked us to fix and repair his vehicle, but has made no payments. I've tried to contact him several times with phone numbers i was provided and sent letters asking about his vehicle with no response. My question is this: How do I begin the process to get the title to this vehicle and repair and resell it legally?

Without a security interest like a bank would have, you have no right to foreclose on the car and take it. You can sue, get a judgment and then go after the vehicle.
