Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
Default Hearing
I am suing in small claims court. I have a summons for a ''Default Hearing'', does this mean the party did not respond and cannot provide evidence in court. Is this in my favor?

Re: Default Hearing
It sounds like you are being told to go to court to prove your damages. For more info, call the clerk of court.
