Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Disturbances

I have a neighbor...

*Plays loud music (Garage Band)

*Will not stop.

*I can't get help from the local (Catoosa Co.) Sheriiff's Dept.

*I have 3 seperate complaints from neighbors filed with the zoning commisioner.

*No County sound ordances

*We are going to court.

Question:Can he be charge with violation of GA State Law

16-11-44 or will I loose the battle?

No one on a board like this can guess whether you will win or lose the battle. However, in order to be charged with any crime, you need to get law enforcement to make the charge. You don't say why the Sheriff will not help, but staying on them may be the best option.
