Divorce done Took over 4 years to get final monies on a settlement agreed to and was her proposal she however made no mention of money we put into stocks, bonds also $50,000.00 put into her trust for retirement home

You can't rehear the case now. 4 years later is too late/

Depending on the wording of the papers, you committed (and so did she) perjury, a felony, in not disclosing assets to the court.

Butsince you likely cannot fix it now, whomever's name it's in gets it all. See a lawyer now, but it sounds like you made a huge mistake (I bet you didn't use a lawyer as a lawyer would have protected you). You likely have no remedy.
