Dog scratch

My dog scratched a man who was in my house. It was a small scratch, but bled a lot. Can I be sued?

Anybody can go the courthouse and sue anybody else. However, winning is another matter. You should consult with a local attorney abour "frivolous litigation" because GA has a first bite rule, meaning that a suit can't be maintained if this is the first instance where your dog has hurt someone.
