Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
i downloaded a program on my boyfriends lap top to show me his interent usage. I stayed at his house every other day and every other weekend. He allowed me free access to his computer at any time. He recently found out about the program (which has been deleted and the account closed), but he is saying that if I dont purchase him a brand new lap top he will press criminal charges on me. His computer is fine, not damaged, working fine. Can he do that? If so, what kind of trouble am I looking at?
