Hi, my name is charles my wife and i live togather in the state of Georgia. Recently my wife filed an eviction against me. I moved from cincinnati, Oh to atlanta ga. She thinks im cheating on her and wants me out the house. We rent an town house the lease is in her name, but i pay bills there also. Can she evict me? what are my rights
