It would be absolutely impossible for anyone to answer your question with such a vague post. Is there a reason you left out specific facts? Without those there is no way to tell you what you did or did not do legally, or if it binds anyone (although frankly it would usually a very dea to conduct any financial arrangement on a Facebook page.)
