Family car with husband's name

My husband and I purchased a car 2 months ago. I put the downpayment of $3500 on the car, but we used just my husband's name to help him re-establish credit. My husband moved out of my home(purchased before marriage and paid for by me) and took the car, which is our only car. What can I do to get the car back, since I used it primarily for my profession as a realtor?

Get a divorce lawyer. It is possible that you might receive it in a divorce. (You also might not, and no lawyer could predict the outcome).
