Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

My father passed away. His wife(my stepmom) has recently passes away as well. My half brother retained the home and property of my father. Can I sue as the first born

child?? I was never privy to any of the paperwork or transfers of said property after my step mom passed.

First born children have no special rights over other children. There are MANY transfers that can be done outside probate during life by deed that you would not get notice of. And you have NO inheritance rights from a step-mom. Since you left out needed facts a complete answer is unlikely, but in many families his wife might have been left everything and if that happened you are out of the picture. See a lawyer if you think something is amiss.
