Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

How do I or who do I file a complaint against a County Court in OH? I live in GA and there was a judgement entered against me and a garnishment. I requested a hearing on the garnishment only its been a month and according to OH law the money was to be held by the court until that happened and it was not and the hearing has not been scheduled.

You don't file a complaint against the court because of the outcome of a case. You take the appropriate action in the case. Call collection lawyers in the county in which the court is located.
