How to file a default motion

I presently have an open civil suit against a former employer opened in Paulding County Georgia.

The former employer has never responded to the suit even sfter being served.

I would now like to request a default for me.

How do I do that?

You file a motion for default judgment. You should have an attorney draft it for oyu. It is too important to try and do it yourself.
