Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I files a Pauper affidavite in Georgia Court in the proper time period to allow an appeal to go foward without paying the court costs I cant afford. the Court has never ruled on it in 10 months and I am getting concerned.

Is there something more I need to do?

Other than check on the status of the case with the clerk of the court and the judge's clerk, based on the information you provided, you cannot do anything to speed things along. To have a substantial delay in the decision once all the briefs and other paperwork are filed.
