Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I am filing a garnishment against an individual in Georgia. According to the law, I am entitled to collect interest. What is the rate of interest? The judgment was made on Nov. 4th 2010. I have seen 12% and I have seen prime + 3% in online materials. Thanks.
