Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Fraudulent witnessing of Land Title Transfers

On a deed transfer of property which transfers ownership of land does the fraud of the witness signature and idenity make the transfer void? If the new owner knows this and continues to try to sell the property to another party knowing the fraud, is it then criminal? The lawyer was the same in both cases is this cause for disbarred from practising law? The original ownwer has just found all of this out. Does the property revert to the original owner? What happens to all the funds? Please send copy of this request to me for my records.

Re: Fraudulent witnessing of Land Title Transfers

I suggest reposting the question, with more facts about the deed. Just calling something "fraud," without more, means very little. That is the only way to get an accurate response to the initial question, and there is no way to speculate about criminal conduct or lawyer misconduct.
