Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
A frivolous civil suit was filed against me by my previous employer. The Officer of the employer who signed the complaint has since been terminated. Is there any rule that someone else has to sign the complaint?

If you have been sued, you need to have a lawyer defend the claims against you. If you have a lawyer, that is who answers questions. Going on the internet and asking people who know nothing about the case about the signature on a complaint won't help you. Your lawyer deals with what actually was filed, not what was not signed and filed by "someone else" (whoever that may be).

More important is the problem you didn't raise. Asking here makes it clear you were sued but have not done the one essential thing you have to do within 30 days of being sued - hiring a lawyer.
