Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
If someone gains access to my Facebook page and is not on my FRIENDS list, nor has permission to view it, and makes some of my postings that are on my page available to my current employer, can I sue her?? The postings do not include the name of the company that I work for nor the person who gained access to this page. I am still employed by my company.

As I am sure you have heard many times, you need to assume that anything you post on Facebook or anywhere on the internet is public for everyone to see.
Beyond that, I am not sure what you think you can sue her for. Did you make the posts in question and publish them on Facebook? Did she "gain access" by taking your computer and hacking it or logging in as you? We are left to guess about that. If she simply reported what you actually said or did, just as she may have done if she overheard you telling it in person, you are out of luck. Stop posting things that your employer or anyone else might be concerned about.
There is nothing in your psot that shows any grounds to sue. You can probably complain to Facebook.
I suggest you clean up your page and delete everything you don't want to be public. It's not safe to post personal and business information online.
How did this person gain access to your Facebook page? I would agree with the others. If you do not want people to see it, then don't post it. Posting information about others will get you in trouble. Post only select information about yourself if you must post. What are you going to sue for? Invasion of privacy maybe? It will be hard to argue privacy as you posted on the internet. What are your damages? If you have not lost your job, I don't see that you have any other than to enjoin him or her from doing it again.
