Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
good day/evening
My question is i sent some packages through ups and most of my stuff came to me damage and they are refusing to pay for the damages and claiming that i did not pack my stuff properly. the things in question is my computer screen and my 32' tv and a couple pairs of shoes that the bottom was completely melted off, what can i do to get reimburse for my things. I also have pictures of the condition of the box that my things came in which was completely destroyded

You could sue them in Magistrates (small claims) court. If what they say is true you will lose. If they are incorrect, depending on what insurance coverage you purchased (since UPS only covers $100 unless you bought extra), you might have a claim.
No one here knows how you packed them and you did not explain it. "After" pictures don't answer that question.
