Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
Hello!
My HOA has threatened to issue a fine because an ill-behaved person in my family has driven on the grass. The HOA documents I received do not outline fines of any kind for this infraction. Do they have the right to fine me if there is no document outlining HOA rules and fines?
Rest assured the culprit has been punishedjust not by the HOA fine in particular!
Thanks!
