Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
We hired a roofing contractor in Aug 2009to replace the shingles on 2 houses we own. In the contract,he was suppose to furnish the dumpster for the shingles and dispose of them.The company he rented the dumpster from will not remove it because he still owes part of the rental fee,We were not involved in this negotiation. The dumpster is still sitting in our back yard
What action can we take to get this eyesore out of our back yard?.

You have a couple of possible remedies. One is to pay to have the dumpster removed and then sue the contractor for the cost. A lot will depend on your local judges. Consult with a local attorney.
