Homeowner Rights

I am a homeowner in a subdivision , that a mall has been contract to be builded in back of. They have been blasting the grounds for th building of this property. They blasted oneday and something went wrong and cause damage external and internal to the house in my subdivision, on the news and everthing. They have been accomdating in always trying have thing fix, from holds in the roofs and damage insides to putting us up in a hotel. Food vocuches etch As a home owner what rights do i have to sue these companies which is about four of them, these are major companies.? Even with them being liable and fixing everything there was wages lost emotional stress, really don't know what kind of structuce damage was really done to the homes other than the what you can actually see. What kind of bearing this have on selling my home either know or later. Please respond as soon as possible, Thank you.

Home damage from nuissance

A person (or company) has a right to use their property, but they are also responsible if that use causes damage (however slight) to another person's property. The fact that this company has offered you "gifts" signifies that they know they've done something wrong. Any further questions?
