Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

homeowners not getting along

We have two homewowners not getting along, one ederly and the other with children. They are now calling the police on eachother over stupis little things. The elderly is now engaging the kids by hurling insults at the kids. Is there something that can be done to stop the madness? The two won't talk to eachother and both deny saying and doing the things the other accusses the other of doing. Is there something legal that can be done to enforce a truce?

I do a lot of HOA law. You need to consider getting a restraining order. If you would like to discuss, feel free to give me a call.

You do not say who "we" are, and what your interest is. Courts and police resources should be be cluttered with people who bicker and can't get along (unless, obviously, crimes are committed or there is REAL danger to kids). They can work it out, or one or both can sell and move.
