Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

i cannot get out of this house

my boyfriend and i bought a house together 5 years ago. we both put money up for the down payment and signed the loan paperwork.he has sinced left with another woman and i have not seen or heard from him in over two years. iam working two jobs to keep the payments on time. i have received no money from him since he left. i have no idea where he is or how to contact him. i need to sell this house or get my name off the mortgage so i can get on with my life. i could not accept a good job offer out of state because i can't get out of this house! i have made every payment on time including utilities and prop taxes,but i cant'do it much longer and i don't want to ruin my credit. please help

You answered your own question: sell the house. You will not be able to get your name off the loan until it is paid off. You might consider hiring a private investigator to track him down so you can sue him for his share of the mortgage that he didn't pay.
