Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
My husband works for a company who has issued him his cell phone. Apparently, his company gets the cell phones in a package deal from another company. He does not receive a bill, his company gets the bill for all the issued cell phones. Does my husband have the right to ask for a copy of his itemized bill listing all his calls? His company is saying they will only give him this information if he has a warrant from a judge. Is this true or can he get the itemized information for his own company issued phone?

He has a right to ask, but that does not mean he has a right to get the bills. As you state, the phones are company property and the bills are company property and company business. Since you leave out the reasons for the request, a general answer is about all you can get.
Unless it's his phone bill, he wouldn't have a legal right to it.
It's their phone and they have the right to refuse to give him the records unless a judge orders them to do it.
