Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

My husband wrote a check in 1998 that bounced. He own a business and it was for $2000.00 for supplies. The person filed charges and he was given a felony charge because of this. Does he have to claim the felony on any future job applications? Is there any way to expunge or erase this from his record?

If he lies on job applications, he can expect most employers will find out. He is a felon. he needs to admit

As for what he can do with his conviction, it depends on details you didn't give us. He would need to see a criminal lawyer.
