Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I inherited a 50% share of real estate in Georgia when my father died. My brother is the other 50% owner. He refuses to agree to lease or sell the property, which includes a single residence home. As a result, the property is in rapidly declining disrepair. What can I do legally to make my 50% share work for me financially?

Get a lawyer. You may have to sue to partition the property or seek other relief.
