Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I was involved in an accident and the other person was at fault. Their insurance paid for the car rental but not for the extra insurance since my car insurance did not cover the rental. Can I sew the other person for the money

No one here knows what you have signed and you are not clear what "extra insurance" is. If the insurance company paid, you most likely released all claims. Read your paperwork.

If you didn't sign away your ability to sue for your other losses, you can sue the other driver for all of your losses.
