Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I am involved in a due process lawsuit that is awaiting a decision from the 11th circuit court of appeals ( appeal number 12-3272). I feel that my arguement is strong enough that it will be reversed. I want to know is there anything special I can do to get the judge to appoint me counsel in a civil suit (look at my motion for appointment of counsel (U.S. Middle District of Georgia 4-11-cv-0079)? Should I file my motion for speedy trial, to raise relief, motion en limine, motion to exceed the limits for questions on interrogatories and production of documents all at once if there is a reversal and remand? This is my first time dealing with the civil aspect of the courts in a pro se capacity, so my next question is, will my motion to suppress suffice as a motione en limine?
Thank you for your time and answers.
Mosi Tyrone Wells, pro se

Counsel is NOT appointed in civil cases.
