Job Relocation Mortgage Payment

I am being transfered (voluntery) to another job out of state. There is no way I'll be able to make my house payment here and another payment (rent) at my new job location. What are my options I can do with my mortgage?

At the risk of stating the obvious, sell the house? Lease it? There is no magic about what to do with your mortgage - make the payments, or the lender forecloses.

You owe the mortgage so your options are the obvious ones: keep paying or possibly file bankruptcy if you are eligible. Why not simply sell or lease the house?
