Judgement
My fiance unknowingly signed a contract stating that he had to work for a carnival for 30 days before he could quit or pay them $2500. He was also told verbally he would be paid $700 a week and is now being paid only $350 a week. If they sue him and a judge grants a judgement against him, can he go to jail for not paying it?

Debtor's prison has been gone a while (except for child support).
