Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

A very large tree limb fell from a tree in my neighbor's yard and landed across my fence and into my yard. Does the neighbor have any responsibility for removal of the tree?

Maybe and maybe not depending on facts you did not give. Usually you'd report this to their homeowner's insurance and yours, and let the insurers sort it out.
