Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

lawsuit

Can I sue a company in a small claims court in my state if the company is located in another state and do not want to travel to the state the company is located?

Under what category can I sue this company in my state and oresent my case to the judge in the state that I reside?

If I have to sue the comoany in the state the company is located, can the case be heard on the phone or by mail?

Thanks

Tutu
