legal question

my husbands ex wife was ordered to keep a home up to date that my husbands name is on, she failed to do so resulting in a forclousre. the compant wants to place a lien on his new home, which has my name on it as well, which will affect my credit. can i hold her responsible for destroying my credit since the lien will be place on my credit as well?

You are mistaken as the lien does NOT go on your credit, although it affects your home. No, you cannot sue. Your husband has certain rights which he needs to discuss with his lawyer.
