Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I live across from a church that plays extremely loud recorded music and bells through speakers on the church roof. I along with some neighbors have asked the minister to turn the volume down and he refuses. We have a noise ordinance that the town council and mayor allows him to violate. The complaining neighbors and myself were here way before the bells.I would like to know if there is anything I can do legally to get them at least turned down. I do not want to sue for money We just want peace and quiet back.

If you can't get the police to act, your other remedy is to get a lawyer and sue.
