Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I live in georgia where there is an abounant amount of trees, I have a near by lot own by real estate agencies to the left of me with over 50 trees that they do not maintain, and a neigbor who has three trees to the right of me, which all produce lots of leaves. I have a gardner which comes every three weeks, sometimes every two and it seems to keep coming back. I have just recieve two code violation for the leaves on the roof and yard. And now have to go to a hearing on this. Mind you we have had two stroms and snow. What is my legal rights in this case?

What exactly are you asking about? Your neighbors? The code violations? What do the storms and snow have to do with either? Part of having a yard is having leaves, and other things, blowing in your property. As you indicate in your first sentence, that is part of living here. As far as the code violations, you posted no facts beyond the leaves. People who get code violations normally fix them, then show proof.
