Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I would like to know how long you have to sue an ex-roommate in the state of Georgia for unpaid rent and utilities? She "disappeared" after moving out; however, I now know where she is living.
I plan on taking her to small claims court to recover my monies.
