Loss of income, libel-slander

If I am fired from my job because my ex-girlfriend sends a picture of me smoking reefer and emails of us talking about our reefer parties, can I sue her for loss of income, libel and slander?

Libel and slander are based upon false statements. You failed to indicate how the picture and emails are false. You also fail to identify what legal or contractual duty she had to keep these items confidential. There is no general right to keep others from reporting illegal activity (or any activity, for that matter).
