McDonalds

I went to McDonalds and bought a caesar salad. When I got home I started eating the salad and while eating the salad I took a bite and couldn't chew the salad lettuce. So when I pulled it out it was a piece of tape. I wanted to know if I can sue them. If i can what can of lawyer do I need to contact

You have no damages and no lawsuit. You don't need a lawyer. What you should have done was to show the manager and he would have given you a new salad and some complimentary coupons.

Please explain your damages? If you are asking whether a piece of tape is a road to riches in a lawsuit, or hitting the lawsuit lottery, the answer is no.
