Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I have a md that put me on a leave from work last October for a min of one year. During that time, I was to apply for disability. I did and have continued to go to that md. Now that the year is up, he will no longer do the paperwork and says that I must go back to work. The strange thing is that he wrote a letter for my disability case telling the reasons why I could not work. At this point, I am looking to lose my income and family insurance because he refuses to do anymore paper work. Do I have a case?
