My mom live in Texas and she did a contract with my x-boyfriend to open up a shoe store the amout was over 4000 the store closed down but he never paid her any money what do she need to do to get a lease some of her money back and how much will it cost for a attorney to do the paper work on this case she do want to take him to court but by her being in another state she need to no what she needs to do for the state of Georgia
