Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

my mother is trying to take my kids by putting in a deprivation petition on the petition she has made false allegations and libel statements she has done this before in 2009 at this point it has caused emotional distress on my wife and myself not to mention harassment can i sue or file a complaint in courts in GA.
