neighbor issues

I loaned a neighbor a $400 dog kennel fence . As of right now she has 2 peices to it and I have the other two pieces . I have asked for it back and she refuses.What can I do ?

Your best approach is a non-legal one. First, call your local police/sheriff. Ask about the paperwork for filing a warrant for conversion of personal property. Then, go to your magistrate court and get the forms for filing a small claims court complaint. Then, fill both of these out and send her copies, telling her that you will file one or both of these unless this matter is resolved within X number of days.
