A non-profit organization member removed $1,000 from�crowdfunding account to her private account. The money was meant for developing org. Website. The organization developed a Website using other funds. The member was suspended from the organization. The member then decided to develop a Website using organization logo and name, and even a donation link where she is soliciting for donations using organization name. What kind of step should organization take to protect itself from this person? Can a civil suit be instituted which can combine restitution and order to cease? Can criminal charges be filed?
