Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I paid a moving to relocate my belongings from Chicago il to Atlanta ga.the agreement was for the movers to drive my belongs to Atlanta. It's been two weeks and my belongings still is not here. Now the movers said he sent my things on a freight train. So now I have to 565 dollars on top of the 1300 dollars I already paid to get my belongings back what can i do

All of your possible remedies, and limits on them, and costs, are in your written contract. I have no idea why you left out what that contract says, but since you did, there is no way any lawyer could answer you except to tell you to look at the contract, which will specify dates, potential damages, the complaint process, etc.
