third party suit
i was suited on a contract breach involing realestake, i answered the complaint, i need to file a third party suit against a company who is responsible for the damages how do i do this, is it a seperate suit, do i name the parties in the first suit in the third party suit, how will i connect it to the first suit

You are basically asking for a lawyer to represent you through this board. Get a lawyer before it is too late to assert whatever claims you have -- if it is not too late already. Your questions are a great example of why you should not try to do it yourself. It will only get harder and more complicated.

I agree with Scott that you probably need to get an attorney involved at this point. To answer your direct question, however, the short answer is that it depends. If your claims against the third party are subrogated, indemnification or related claims and the third party is subject to jurisdiction, they almost certainly need to be brought in the same suit. If you do not bring any legally compulsory counterclaims or, in some cases, third party claims, they might be waived.
