Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I have a past employer who owns a local business (he is a millionaire) and he terminated me 3 years ago for failing a drug test. I have since been clean of any drugs and have worked my way up in over a year to a position of relationship banker with a large bank. Just recently my past employer has written them a letter telling them of my past drug test. It was investigated by my current employer and I told them the truth and they decided to close the case without any action on my part. Also, after talking to local investigators they decided my former employer was just very vindictive, and the bank let me keep my job. Right after my terminated me 3 years ago, he had filed theft charges against me. After an intense investigation, the police detectives told me it was (past employer) whose story kept changing. The detectives turned the case over to the local DA with the detectives conclusion no theft had transpired and the DA refused to prosecute me. Now he has tried to file charges of terrorristic threats against me, which there is no truth to that at all, and in his complaint to the police department he also noted to them that he suspects me of setting fire to their warehouse in 2009, which the true facts are the arson investigators suspected and investigated his own son but could not prove it, and I was never a suspect at all. This man will not stop trying to destroy my life and reputation. Even though my job is safe, he has damaged my character with the bank and others in the community. This man has a lot of money and is using it to destroy me. Is there any legal action I can take?
