At the end of the day the van was purchased. The pastor, youth pastor and I signed a bill of from me to the church for all I had done was use my credit, the church would make the payments. Long story short first payment came due pastor then said they didn't want or need the van. sticking me with the payments. Please help what can I do and how can I go about doing anything? Do I have a case this pastor has used many people in the church. He has no job but lives as though he were rich off of the church money. Being that the pastor's wife is the secretary and treasurer how much money comes in to the church, nor do they know where the money goes.

Re: pastor using church for own benefit

If you signed the loan documents, you are liable as stated in the documents. You risked having to make the payments. Your post is far from clear on who is on the title, and other related issues, as to whether it can be sold.

How the pastor has "used" other people is likely their business, not yours. If you or others do not like the pastor's actions, or trust him, the better question may be why the members allow it and fund it.
