Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I am paying for a car.that have had problems with the transmissions.it has had 5 transmissions.and now the dealer had some guy to come and get it to put another transmission in on 4-18-2015.as of 6-17-2015.they still have not bought the car back.and I have never missed a payment.so what are my legal rights to the car.and what can I do to have them bring the car back.

Need to sue if dealership negligent, any fraud by them and/or if they kept your car this long without any good reason (theft by conversion)

Your "rights" are in the contract you signed, but you didn't tell us the important details of whether you bought "as is" or with a warranty. To turn the question around, if you bought a used car, "as is," without an inspection, why is anyone else responsible for fixing your car?
