Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
Plaintiff mailed me post judgment interrogatories in a case where they received a judgment, but they did not file these with the court. They just mailed me a list of 7 questions to answer. Do I have to answer these since they're not filed with the court. Any chance I could get the case dismissed?

Postjudgment means you lost the case so there is nothing to dismiss. At some point you will wake uone morning to liens on your home or car, or a garnisheed paycheck, or a bank account that is seized. Falure to answer willsubject you to sanctions by a court. You missed your bestchance to defend by getting a lawyer. You need one now to either try and settle, go bankrupt or otherwise address the disaster you soon face.
